European elections 2024, the entrepreneur Eliseo Iannini in pole position to connect Europe with Southern Italy

L’Aquila (ITALY) – The entrepreneur Eliseo Iannini is officially a candidate in the next elections for the renewal of the European Parliament, specifically for the Southern Italy constituency in the ranks of Forza Italia. The appointment for voters is next June 2024. The consultations will take place simultaneously in the 27 Member States of the European Union on a date between 6 and 9 June, as unanimously decided by the Council of the European Union, with the freedom for each member state to organize them on one or more days between these according to national electoral customs. The Italian regions interested in the vote (which takes on particular importance in the framework of European politics) are Abruzzo, Molise, Campania, Puglia, Calabria and Basilicata.

Eliseo Iannini, born in 1959, married with three children, is considered by critics and observers to be the right man at the right time for European policies. And perhaps precisely for this reason the blue party asked him to take the field. With a degree in architecture he boasts a professional CV which highlights entrepreneurial competence and aptitude for constant programmatic growth and development. He lives in the city of L’Aquila, where he has one of his headquarters with companies operating at full speed in a variety of sectors also in other Italian locations.

He knows, due to his professional and entrepreneurial experience, the different needs that concern all the regions of the college, and in his first public speeches he highlights a clear commitment to correlating each region with opportunities that the Council of Europe offers. Calm, thoughtful, Iannini, as he is used to doing in life, puts every word to the right point, without any excess and with extreme realism.

The Council and Parliament recently reached a provisional agreement on the listing rules, a package of measures aimed at making the EU’s public capital markets more attractive for EU companies and making it easier for companies of all sizes to go public , including SMEs, on European stock exchanges.

The agreement reached will reduce bureaucratic burdens and costs to help European companies of all sizes, in particular small and medium-sized enterprises, to access more sources of financing, thus encouraging them to list and remain on the public markets of the EU. Easier access to public markets will allow companies to better diversify and integrate available sources of financing.

And this is one of the fundamental points on which Iannini’s political-programmatic action is based: establishing a direct connection bridge with the southern Italian regions and providing all training, information and assistance aspects for companies.

“There are many opportunities to be seized, there are many European tenders, and on these contents – explains Eliseo Iannini – there is a lack of information. The regions of the electoral college must be networked, and followed from an improvement point of view on bureaucratic profile for example. The European tenders are interesting but undoubtedly complex. We will work to streamline the bureaucracy in this context, and my commitment with the voters constitutes the word given, like that of the past, a handshake that had more value than stamped papers. With Europe we find ourselves faced with important challenges to win, games to be played together with the member states, and in this context the level of planning and action must be raised. Europe is a reality, and putting myself at the service of the European Parliament for Italy and for the Southern constituency is not just an objective to be achieved for me but a new starting point to grow in the name of productivity, moderation but also determination”.
